Website and production services
These terms govern your use of the G&M Media website and the provision of our video production services in Leicester and across the UK. Please read them before making an enquiry or booking a project.
By using this website, sending an enquiry or booking G&M Media, you agree to these terms. They apply to website use and to the video production services we provide, alongside any written quotation, project brief or service agreement.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. If a project document conflicts with these terms, the specific written agreement takes priority for that project.
Good planning protects the shoot date.
Our videography booking terms are set out in writing so both sides can see what is included, when payment is due and what happens if plans change.
G&M Media retains copyright in raw footage, project files, working files and unused edits unless a separate written transfer is agreed.
Once the project has been paid in full, the client receives a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the agreed final edited deliverables for the purposes stated in the quotation or agreement.
We may show completed work in our portfolio, website and marketing materials. Tell us in writing before publication if a project must remain private.
If the client cancels, the deposit is retained to cover reserved time and committed costs. A cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur the full shoot fee, together with non-refundable third-party costs.
Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the affected project, except where the law does not allow that limit. Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as serious illness, severe weather, venue closure or equipment failure.
Contact us before booking and we will explain how these terms apply to your project.
